The Valley's Social Issues

After Ron gave brief news updates, Ray Ramon joined us again for a second time to discuss issues here in the Rio Grande Valley that had not been readily addressed.  Both political and social problems were tossed around and considered to try and fascilitate answers from both Ray Ramon and our audience.  The various aspects of the Valley's issues which were discussed included: lost jobs, low voter turn-outs, the marvelous mixture of culture, and the need for mentors of the youth here in the Valley.
