Anita Perry's Buttermilk Pie*
 
 
 
Cream together
  ½ cup butter
  2 cups sugar
 
Add and beat well
  3 rounded tablespoons flour
  3 eggs, beaten
 
Stir in
  1 cup buttermilk
  1 teaspoon vanilla
 
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 45-50 minutes at 350°.  Place on wire rack after baking.
