As reported here the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) had cancelled contract lettings across Texas for April, and had suspended the rest. Now, after a bond hearing and vote at TxDOT, all contracts are supposed to be reinstated. Also discussed are facts not known to most of the public concerning current highway plans in Texas.
