--- Othal E. Brand, Jr., the Chairman for the Hidalgo County Water Control and Improvement District #3, joins Ron to comment on a current legislative bill proposed to be submitted by TX State Rep. Veronica Gonzales, which would significantly detrimentally affect water districts throughout the state which provide water to municipalities. Todd Staples, the TX Comm. of Agriculture, also comments on the bill’s proposal. Mention is also made of the H.C.W.C.I.D.#3’s support of monitoring Valley water supplies for contaminants such as E.Coli, and Commissioner Staples voices his support of controlling this pathogen and others.
